John 3:16

I. THE OFFER OF FRIENDSHIP WITH JESUS
HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO ALL PEOPLE.
“‘For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only
Son…’” John 3:16a
“For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all
people.” Titus 2:11
The Offer Is Based On Love, Not Luck.
“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither
angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor
any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all
creation, will be able to separate us from the love of
God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38-39
The Offer Is Backed By Giving, Not Getting.
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal
life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we
were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
II. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR FRIENDSHIP WITH JESUS
WILL BE EXCHANGED BY SOME PEOPLE.
“‘…that whoever believes in him…’” John 3:16b
Some Will Exchange It For Lies.
Some Will Exchange It For Loot.
Some Will Exchange It For Luck.
III. THE OUTCOME OF FRIENDSHIP WITH JESUS
WILL BE EXPERIENCED BY FEW PEOPLE.
